POLICY FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returning and Exchanging Items with Discovered Defects:

If you encounter an issue with your product, please contact our customer service team via our website or email within 30 days of purchase. Include your order number and a brief description of the defect.

Upon receiving your request, we will issue a return authorization. Once the item is returned, we will either exchange or repair it within 30 calendar days, at our discretion. Repairs or exchanges may not be covered if the defect results from improper handling, as determined by our team.

Please note that shipping costs (original outbound and return) are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If a refund is approved in exceptional cases, it will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the item, with shipping costs deducted.


Change of Mind, Wrong Item Ordered, etc.

All sales are final. We do not typically accept returns for buyer’s remorse or items ordered in error by the customer, particularly for wholesale orders. In the case of a warranty issue, we will resolve it with either an exchange or repair at our discretion.

We kindly ask you to review the technical specifications and delivery times carefully before ordering. Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately and cannot be canceled.

In exceptional cases where we grant a return, a 25% restocking fee will apply, along with deductions for original outbound shipping and return shipping costs. The item must be unused, in its originais condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.
