POLICY FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returning and exchanging Items with discovered defects: 

If you are experiencing any issues with your product, please contact our customer service team through our website or email within 30 days of purchase. Be sure to include your order number and a brief description of the problem.

Once we receive your request, we will issue a return authorization and either exchange or repair the item within 30 calendar days. Please note that repairs or exchanges for defects caused by improper handling may not be covered.

Please be aware that shipping expenses are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund amount.


Change of mind, wrong item ordered, etc.

Please be aware that all sales are final. We do not accept returns for remorse or if the wrong item was ordered, especially for wholesale orders. In the event of a warranty issue, the resolution will be either an exchange or a repair.

We kindly advise you to carefully review the technical specifications and delivery time before placing an order. Once an order is places, it is processed immediately, and we are unable to cancel it.

In exceptional cases where an exemption for a return is granted, please note that a restocking fee of 25% will be applied. Furthermore, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all labels preserved.
