RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
Our sales are final, and we do not accept returns for remorse, incorrect orders, dissatisfaction, or any non-warranty reasons.
Please verify compatibility to ensure the item fits your application before purchasing. In the event of a warranty issue, it will be resolved through repair or exchange.
If the customer insists on a refund and a return exemption is granted, a 25% restocking fee will apply to all non-warranty returns, including cases where the wrong model was ordered. Original outbound shipping and return shipping costs will also be deducted.
Custom items (made specifically for a customer), backorders and special orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable. The only exception is the Pay When Ready option (available for certain items and quantities); however, once the order is accepted and paid, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted. If an exception is granted, a 50% restocking fee will apply.
Standard Warranty - Coverage
• 12-month warranty on new and surplus items
• 6-month on renewed and used items.
The warranty covers functional defects under normal use. We will repair, replace, or exchange after evaluation. Shipping to us is not covered under warranty, return shipping on approved claims is covered by us.
Cosmetic-only issues like scratches, scuffs, faded labels, etc. are not considered ‘defective’ for warranty/return purposes on Surplus and Open-box items.
Electrical failures during use may be excluded from warranty coverage, as they can result from installation, environmental conditions, or load, rather than a manufacturing defect.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) - Early Failure
• 14-days of delivery
We will replace or refund once the unit is returned and verified defective.
How to Proceed
Contact our customer service team within 14 days of purchase. Include your order number and a brief description of the defect.
Upon receiving your request, we will issue a return authorization. Once the item is returned, we will either exchange or repair it within 14 calendar days. Repairs or exchanges may not be covered if the defect results from improper handling.
