Policy on Returns and Exchanges

1Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.
2Contact our customer service through email or chat to request your return.
3Provide your full name and order number.
4We will issue a  return authorization number and the address to return the item.
5After you sending the package, let  us know the tracking number.

Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange

Customers have the right to return any purchased items without defining the reason within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving those items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives. The item must be returned in the same original condition and factory labels preserved. If the item has been opened or used we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.

To return the items, just send a message providing your order number and we will take care of that.
Rules on returning and exchanging Items with discovered defects: 
Customers are entitled to notify the Seller of any discovered defects and demand to rectify them within 30 calendar days from the moment of the receiving the Items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives. The only exception are defects caused by improper handling of the Items by the Customer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and buyers are responsible for all shipping fees, that will be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our fault, such as a defective product or late delivery.
Our return and refund policy is described above. According to U.S. law, stores are legally required to post their refund policy. If a store does not post any return policy, the law requires the store to accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
