POLICY FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returning and exchanging Items with discovered defects: 
Please contact our customer service by email or website with your order number and a brief description of the issue that you are experiencing with the product within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase and wait for a return authorization.
We will exchange or repair the item within 30 calendar days, except if the defects are caused by improper handling.

Buyers are responsible for shipping expenses that are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Change of mind, wrong item ordered, etc.

Please be aware that our sales are final and warranty cases are resolved with an exchange or repair. We do not accept returns due to customer remorse, application issues or incorrect product ordered, therefore before placing an order please check all details to make sure the part is exactly what you need.
In exceptional cases if an exemption is granted, a restocking fee of 25% may be applied and the item must not be in the same original condition (unused in original packaging with labels preserved).
Our return and refund policy is described 
above. According to U.S. law, stores are legally required to post their refund policy. If a store does not post any return policy, the law requires the store to accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
